When you use the AI chat features in the App, the content of your chat messages is transmitted to AI models for the sole purpose of generating a response. No other personal information (such as your name, email, or device identifiers) is included in these requests.

5.2 How AI Processing Works

• Cloud infrastructure: AI models are deployed on cloud computing resources provided by RunPod Inc. RunPod acts as a compute infrastructure provider and does not independently access, use, or retain your conversation content.
• AI models: We use open-source AI models operated by Onyx Tech Inc. The specific model may change over time as we improve the service; this policy will be updated accordingly.
• Purpose of processing: Chat messages are processed solely to generate AI responses within the App.
• Data retention: Conversation data is retained only as long as necessary to deliver the service and as described in Section 6 below.

By using the AI chat features of the App, you acknowledge and agree that your chat messages will be processed as described in this section. If you do not wish for your messages to be processed in this way, please do not use the AI chat features of the App.

5.4 Data Protection
